Buying software is usually quicker than changing field habits. The safest rollout starts with a few brands and a small group of motivated users, then improves the workflow before expanding across the whole company.

A four-week pilot builds better adoption than installing an app everywhere and hoping the team figures it out.
- Pilot goals documented
- Approved visuals prepared
- Users trained on their real devices
Week one: decide what the pilot must solve
Choose two or three clear objectives, such as helping MRs find visual-aid pages faster or reducing repeated manual order calculations. Select a small representative set of brands and nominate one manager to coordinate the pilot.
Document who approves artwork and who administers user access.
Week two: prepare content and accounts
Import current approved materials, check slide legibility and train the selected MRs to use the viewer. Avoid loading an entire archive of outdated marketing presentations.
Add only the necessary users and test login, selected page navigation, tablet orientation and offline preparation on each device being used.
Week three: test in real field conditions
Ask the pilot team to note where they paused, tapped the wrong control or needed help. Review actual field scenarios, not only clean demonstrations in the office.
If order booking is included, confirm with the commercial team that rates, schemes and order copies follow company policy.
Week four: improve before expanding
Remove unnecessary pages, revise the training instructions and establish a support contact. Document a practical process for new user onboarding, approved visual-aid replacements and access revocation.
Then expand to the next group rather than forcing an untested company-wide cutover.

- Offline and order flows validated
- Company-wide rollout approved after fixes
