Conditions for website & product use

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how the Doctors Detailing information website may be used and identify principles that apply when a pharmaceutical company evaluates the logged-in application. A signed order, final subscription schedule or separately agreed service contract may set out additional commercial terms.

This page applies to Doctors Detailing by Pharmadigi. For questions about your specific company subscription, please request the applicable written quotation or account agreement.

1. Service identity and intended users

Doctors Detailing is provided under the Pharmadigi brand, Sahso, Prayagraj – 221507, India. The website is a public source of product information and educational field-operation material. The application is intended for authorised pharmaceutical-company administrators, managers and medical representatives.

By submitting an enquiry, you request information; you do not enter into a paid subscription. Use of a paid account will depend on the terms confirmed with the relevant company purchaser.

2. Account responsibilities and access

Account users should provide accurate professional information, protect credentials and notify their company administrator promptly about unauthorised use or a lost device. Company administrators are responsible for assigning staff access appropriately and removing access when a person changes roles or leaves.

Features, seat counts, company workspaces and permitted access may depend on the paid plan or administrator settings. Attempting to access another organisation's information, bypass permissions or disrupt the application is prohibited.

3. Approved medical and marketing materials

The subscribing company remains responsible for confirming that uploaded visual aids, scientific references, product information, commercial price lists and instructions are accurate, appropriately approved and compliant with applicable pharmaceutical promotional rules.

Doctors Detailing is a presentation and business-workflow platform, not a diagnostic, treatment or prescription recommendation system. Doctors retain independent medical judgment. Users must not use the software to pressure prescribing or to upload confidential patient information without a proper legal basis.

4. Customer materials and intellectual property

A company retains its rights in visual aids, trademarks and other content it is entitled to upload. It confirms that it has permission to use and distribute that material through the service. Pharmadigi and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, original site content and product name.

An authorised subscription permits use of the service within its agreed scope; it does not transfer ownership of the platform, source code or third-party components. Unauthorised copying, resale and attempts to defeat access controls are not permitted.

5. Plans, payment and service changes

The currently displayed Starter, Growth and Business plan names are placeholders. Prices, taxes, duration, included MR/Manager accounts, page allowances, renewal arrangements and any paid extras must be set out in the final quotation or order confirmation.

The public sales site does not currently accept payments. No automatic renewal, refund entitlement, grace period or account activation timing should be inferred from the website before the relevant commercial terms are confirmed. Read the Subscription Policy before purchasing.

6. Availability, security and third-party services

Service functions depend on device compatibility, internet access for online operations, software releases and third-party infrastructure. Prepared offline visual aids have specific download/unlock requirements; we do not promise that every browser session or feature works without a connection.

We work to maintain reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, fault-free operation or particular sales results. External services such as WhatsApp, hosting, video platforms or a later payment provider have their own terms.

7. Misuse, suspension and ending access

We may need to restrict access for a material breach, suspected misuse, security incident or legal requirement. Where practical, the relevant company contact will be informed and given an opportunity to resolve an issue. Account closure and records handling depend on company ownership, retention obligations and the specific service agreement.

Uninstalling an app or ceasing to open it does not automatically cancel a commercial agreement or erase server-held records. Contact the team before changing subscriptions or requesting account deletion.

8. Liability, disputes and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law and any signed agreement, each party remains responsible for its own obligations. Neither educational articles nor illustrative screens should be treated as a guarantee of prescriptions, sales, cost savings or regulatory compliance.

Specific warranties, service remedies, liability allocations and dispute procedures should be reviewed and recorded in the final customer contract rather than assumed from a marketing page. Indian law and mandatory legal protections apply as relevant. Questions: mypharmadigi@gmail.com or +91 8052198037.

The binding commercial agreement, liability terms and any jurisdiction clause require business/legal approval; this page does not invent terms of a contract that has not been agreed.
